Sources before superlatives
For product examples, we check identifiable models against manufacturer or original retailer pages. Where practical, we record the model name, source URL, relevant specifications, and the date checked. The product page links let readers inspect those sources themselves.
Manufacturer statements about materials or dimensions are listing information, not independent verification. Marketing promises about health, relaxation, or ASMR response are not treated as demonstrated outcomes.
Research is different from testing
Our current examples are specification-based research. We have not tested their sound, comfort, durability, or performance. A suggestion about how a shape could be used is an editorial interpretation, and we label it accordingly.
We reserve hands-on review claims for work actually performed. Any future hands-on review should describe the exact sample, method, recording conditions where relevant, and limitations. A review should not imply results for products we did not use.
Why a product appears
Current examples illustrate different designs within our existing categories and have a clear original source. They are not a comprehensive market survey, a ranked best-products list, or proof that one brand outperforms another.
Prices, stock, and regions
We currently avoid live price and stock claims. Check the seller for current terms. Regional listings may differ, so compare the model and contents rather than assuming an identical title means an identical offer.
AI assistance and checking
AI-assisted tools help build this website and draft content. Product details in the current shortlist were checked against the linked source pages. AI-generated text is not evidence of hands-on experience, and it is not used to invent test results, credentials, or quotations.
